FIXER UPPER AGENT (FUA)

Training Course Overview

The predominant source of homes for sale is existing housing. In NJ, almost 60% of homes were built before 1970. Those homes are 50 years old! Close to 75% of homes are 30+ years old and getting older. In many neighborhoods foreclosures stand vacant on many streets. New home construction has not kept up with demand since the Great Recession. Many homes on the market today are not the “dream homes” we see on HGTV, but they can be!

With the right preparation, guidance and support, any home buyer can use Renovation Financing to buy a FIXER UPPER and make any good home GREAT! This course is designed by a team of Renovation Loan experts that have worked together for over twenty years and helped thousands of families buy and update existing houses, FIXER UPPERS, and build them into GREAT homes for their families. You will learn the key steps to planning and the process, not only to get to the closing table on time, but to complete the project and help your new homeowners buy it, fix it and love their new home.
